Brown Construction builds both negotiated and hard-bid projects, for public and private sector clients. Our current roster of projects includes commercial buildings, mixed-use facilities, multi-family housing, senior housing and assisted care, institutional buildings, retail developments, and civic facilities. Our work includes both new construction and renovation.

Brown Construction is built on the values of partnership, communication, honesty, quality and hard work. We are headquartered in West Sacramento, California. Although we work primarily in the Western U.S., we go wherever our clients need us to build, and have projects across the United States. We’re a skilled team of industry experts with a high degree of professionalism, and a passion for the process of building quality communities.

Our project approach hinges on a collaborative team environment. Owners, developers, architects, consultants, subcontractors and tenants are included in the open exchange of ideas and an “open book” policy characterizes our process. Our involvement in construction goes beyond the structures we build. We care deeply about neighborhoods and about the environment—about enhancing communities, adding buildings with a purpose.
