Rio Lane & Folsom Blvd. Apartments Lincoln Court Apartments

	Lincoln Court Apartments Santa Monica, California Organization was of the utmost importance with this construction. The limited staging area in the courtyard (as shown in the photo) was shared by both Brown Construction subcontractors and adjacent businesses. To effectively use this space, it needed to be constantly reorganized and cleaned to accommodate the different aspects of the project.
