Partnering from the Start

When you contact Brown Construction, you’ll talk over your construction needs with one of our principals. First and foremost, we want to understand your goals and your vision, along with your concerns. From there, depending upon the design status of your project, we can prepare a cost analysis and proposal, making recommendations regarding which of our services would be appropriate. When you're ready to move forward, the team will expand to include a project manager, superintendent and project engineer.

Throughout all preconstruction and construction phases, team members participate in meetings, progress reviews and subcontract administration. Communication is a top priority—not only will you be kept informed, but your active involvement is welcomed.
