We Build More Than Buildings Our interest in construction goes beyond the structures we build. We care deeply about neighborhoods and about the environment—about enhancing communities, adding buildings with a purpose. Part of our design process for each project is understanding the dynamics of the community and what will help it to thrive. And we stay involved. After our buildings are occupied, we continue to be available for any issues and questions that may arise. Getting Started When you contact Brown Construction, you'll talk over your construction needs with one of our principals, who will help you develop a project overview. Next they'll prepare a cost analysis and proposal for you. When you're ready to move forward, the team will expand to include a project superintendent and project engineer. Subcontractors will be carefully selected from a minimum of three bids per trade. Throughout all project phases, team members participate in meetings, progress reviews and subcontract administration. Communication is a top priority—not only will you be kept informed, but your active involvement is welcomed.
