Stacy Rhodes

Stacy joined Brown Construction in 2014, looking for a change of scenery from her earlier career in political marketing.  Also an experienced brand and graphic designer, Stacy brings creative solutions to her role as Director of Marketing and an elevated aesthetic to Brown’s brand.

Stacy’s contributions to Brown span across everything that the company’s logo touches—from our headquarters to each individual job site, from our business cards to our fleet, from our digital presence to our event presence. She also leads all proposal development for the company, having produced proposals for over a billion dollars worth of development projects, working in close collaboration with business development, estimating, preconstruction, and leadership. Stacy is organized and meticulous, drilling down into small details while also creatively executing big ideas, making her a highly effective marketing leader.

As an integral member of the leadership team at Brown, Stacy has helped the company define and refine what the Brown brand stands for, bringing to the forefront the qualities and values that set it apart and create such a strong company culture: the integrity of our people, the quality of our work, and the strength of our relationships.

Outside of the office, Stacy is a mom of two young daughters (who are often seen running the halls of the Brown office), wife of a high school teacher, and a freelance brand and graphic designer, contributing pro-bono work to Yolo County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and Yolo County Children’s Alliance. She’s also an active volunteer at her children’s school.
