Littlejohn is an affordable senior housing community located on a 0.7-acre urban infill site. The 29,000-SF development features 31 modern apartment homes across three stories of Type V slab-on-grade construction, offering residents a safe, accessible, and sustainable living environment. In addition to the residential units, the community includes a spacious 10,000-SF ground-floor common area with a fully equipped kitchen and multipurpose room, designed to support social engagement and community programming. A 600 kw/hr rooftop photovoltaic solar system supports energy efficiency and sustainability goals, contributing to the project’s GreenPoint Rated Gold certification.
