Ron Brown began his construction career in 1970 and joined Brown Construction in 1988. Today, he serves as President & CEO, leading the company with a focus on thoughtful growth, innovation, and lasting community impact. As he looks to the future, Ron remains grounded in the values that have defined Brown Construction from the start—principles passed down from his father, Bill Brown, who founded the company in 1964. For Ron, integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for people are the foundation for every successful project. Ron takes pride in Brown Construction’s expanding portfolio, but he believes the dedication, skill, and heart of the company’s people—both in the field and the office—truly define its legacy. Having come up through the trades to become an executive, Ron has a full understanding and deep appreciation for all aspects of the construction industry, which drives his approach to hands-on leadership and passion for mentoring the next generation of builders.
