Brown Construction preconstruction managers lead the initial planning and preparation stages of construction projects by collaborating with architects, engineers, and ownership to develop project budgets, schedules, site logistics, and preliminary estimates to ensure the project meets our clients’ needs.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Prior general contractor and/or multifamily project management experience is a bonus.
