8th & Wake Elevated Graduate Living

8th & Wake Elevated Graduate Living is a 105,000-SF, off-campus student housing community designed for UC Davis graduate students. The development includes two four-story apartment-style buildings offering 238 beds across 60 fully furnished units. Interior amenities include a double-height lobby, game and TV lounges, dedicated study areas, computer rooms, and a leasing office. Outside, residents enjoy paved courtyards with gathering spaces, barbecues, and landscaped walkways. Powered by a rooftop solar array and outfitted with LED lighting throughout, the project earned LEED Gold certification and delivers an energy-efficient, community-driven living experience.
