Fairview Terrace is a 62,000-SF mixed-use, affordable senior housing community, consisting of 76 factory-built modular units within a 4-story, Type V, double-loaded corridor building. The development includes a variety of amenities such as a community courtyard, kitchen, shared gathering spaces, indoor and outdoor bike storage, a pet spa, urban agriculture areas, an outdoor exercise area, and meandering walkways. It also features nonprofit office space, retail space, and a community cooling center. EPIC incorporates several sustainable features and has achieved net-zero energy performance, supported by EV charging stations and rooftop and carport-mounted PV solar panels. The building has a modern, artistic aesthetic with metal siding and a full-height exterior mural.
