Fox and Goose Private Dining & Catering Kitchen

This adaptive reuse project transformed a warehouse near the heart of Sacramento’s historic R Street District into a dedicated catering and private dining venue for the beloved local institution, Fox & Goose Public House. The renovation introduced a full commercial catering kitchen, scullery, intimate private dining room, and new guest restrooms—expanding the restaurant’s event and off-site service capabilities. The project honors the industrial character of the district while enhancing Fox & Goose’s legacy as a cornerstone of Sacramento’s culinary and cultural scene.
