La Valentina North and Station is an 81-unit, 102,000-SF mixed-use, urban infill development consisting of four 3- and 4-story buildings on a remediated brownfield site adjacent to a light-rail station. The project features 4,500 SF of retail, café, and flex space, a 2,000-SF community room with a kitchen, offices, and laundry, and tuck-under parking. Powered by a photovoltaic solar panel system, the project was designed to achieve Net-Zero energy use and was recognized by the U.S. EPA with a 2013 National Award for Smart Growth Achievement. This energy-efficient, mixed-income development plays a key role in the revitalization of an industrial neighborhood, offering residents access to sustainable transportation and community-focused amenities.
