Parc Grove Commons is a 428,000-SF affordable housing community in Fresno, California, featuring eighteen two- and three-story type V buildings that provide 215 thoughtfully designed living units. The heart of the development is a 7,100-SF community building and pool house complete with a full kitchen, offices, and a computer lab to support resident services. The site also includes family-friendly amenities, including playgrounds, a basketball court, and a swimming pool. Sustainability is central to the project’s design, with a 110-kW rooftop solar system that powers the community center, pool, and all site lighting. Parc Grove Commons delivers high-quality, energy-efficient housing that fosters community and well-being.
