Pierside is a vibrant, mixed-use community situated along the riverfront in West Sacramento’s Bridge District. Spanning 396,000 SF, this thoughtfully designed development features a seven-story, 260-unit multifamily building and a five-story, 59,000-SF commercial and amenity building, creating a dynamic live-work-play environment.
The multifamily building comprises five levels of Type IIIA wood framed luxury apartments over a two-level Type IA concrete podium, which houses a 95,000-SF parking garage, leasing offices, 21 townhomes, and a second-floor, 15,000-SF pool deck with a hot tub, cabanas, and a dog spa. An expansive 23,000-SF interior courtyard and deck on the third floor provides residents with fire pits, outdoor kitchens, dining areas, and event spaces.
The commercial and amenity building includes 4,600 SF of retail, a 6,000-SF fitness center, a game room. The three upper floors offer private office space, where the development’s owner and Brown Construction will relocate their headquarters.
