Sterling 5th Street includes four stories of Type V residential units wrapped around a five-story Type II precast parking garage, optimizing space and functionality. The six-acre site boasts two expansive private courtyards with a resort-style pool, spa, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and lounge areas. A two-story clubhouse offers premium amenities including a fitness center, study rooms, offices, a game room, a community kitchen, multiple lounges, and a parcel locker system.
Sterling 5th Street achieved LEED Gold certification with features including rooftop PV solar panels, motion-censored LED lighting, an underground water filtration system, and energy-efficient windows, insulation, and appliances—a testament to sustainable and high-quality student living.
