Temple Art Lofts

Temple Art Lofts is a 44,000-SF, four-story adaptive reuse project in downtown Vallejo, California, transforming a historic building into a vibrant live/work arts community. The development includes 29 unique living units, a 2,000-SF performance hall, and 9,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space. A 1,600-SF mezzanine addition to the third floor introduced loft-style features within select units, enhancing the character and functionality of the historic structure. Thoughtfully designed to preserve architectural integrity while creating space for artists and entrepreneurs, Temple Art Lofts supports the revitalization of Vallejo’s cultural and creative economy.
