The M.A.Y. Building

The M.A.Y. Building is a 17,000-SF adaptive reuse project in a historic 1910 structure, converting former commercial office space into 21 residential units. The four-story building with a mezzanine underwent a full renovation, including new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, updated interior finishes, exterior painting, and the restoration of original windows and architectural detailing. Constructed under type-V standards, the project balances modern living upgrades with the preservation of the building’s historic character.
