Located on the UC Davis campus, Tercero Student Housing Phase 4 is a 166,000-SF student housing facility that provides 506 beds across 275 units, designed to offer both privacy and community for students. The project consists of three 4-story buildings around a central meeting pavilion, and includes an array of amenities that foster student engagement and wellness.

The facility includes office and study areas, a music room with sound attenuation, a wellness and meditation room, and a large recreation room to support student life. The meeting pavilion includes a large main lounge, a commercial demonstration kitchen, and a variety of flexible spaces for student engagement. LEED Gold certified, the project integrates sustainability through features like natural ventilation, sunshading, garden walkways, and rainwater gardens.
