Wolff Waters Place is an affordable housing community designed to provide high-quality, sustainable living for residents. Spanning 15 acres, Wolff Waters Place consists of 218 units across thirty-one 2- and 3-story Type V buildings, incorporating modern amenities and thoughtfully planned communal spaces.
The 10,000-SF community building is the heart of the community, featuring a daycare with classrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a dedicated playground with a misting system. Additional amenities include a kitchen-equipped community space, offices, and a computer lab, which helps foster engagement and support services. Outdoor features include multiple playgrounds with rubber surfacing and play sprays, half basketball courts, and a swimming pool with an ADA lift, showers, and changing rooms. Sustainability is integral to the project, with additional solar panels and an energy-efficient hydronic heating system contributing to the project’s efficiency. The single-level subterranean parking structure spans 43,778 SF, accommodating 374 stalls, and optimizes space and accessibility.
