Kelly brings over four decades of construction experience to Brown Construction, including nearly 40 years in estimating and 24 years with the company. As Chief Estimator, Kelly plays a critical role in shaping successful projects from the earliest stages—leveraging his deep field knowledge, strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and a sharp eye for value to ensure every budget delivers maximum impact.

Throughout his career, Kelly has led estimating efforts on various project types, from multifamily and commercial developments to institutional and public works.
