Terry Harrison brings more than five decades of construction experience to his role at Brown Construction, including 28 years dedicated to leading the company’s warranty operations. In that time, Terry has been involved in every project completed by Brown Construction, providing a consistent and experienced hand in the final phase of each build. His steady presence and deep institutional knowledge help ensure projects are closed out with the same level of care and professionalism that defined them from the start.

Throughout the construction process, Terry visits job sites regularly to gain firsthand knowledge of each project’s systems and details. This proactive involvement allows him to manage close-out and warranty phases with efficiency, accuracy, and minimal disruption. He leads the facilitation and documentation of MEP training, produces owner-facing training materials, and works closely with both subcontractors and client teams to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly. Known for his attention to detail and steady approach, Terry brings a deep commitment to quality and accountability that reinforces Brown Construction’s long-standing reputation for excellence.
