Spanning 95,000 SF, this thoughtfully designed development offers 159 beds across 79 fully appointed units, providing residents with a blend of comfort, accessibility, and sustainability. The community consists of two residential buildings, four and five stories, constructed as Type III over a podium with one level of subterranean parking. A parking system maximizes efficiency in the urban footprint. Varsity features inviting communal spaces including a lobby with lounge seating, on-site offices, and rooftop amenities that encourage connection and relaxation.
